To make donating food scraps even easier for residents, Solid Waste is giving out free food scrap collection bins. Use these bins (or any container!) to transport edible food items to the special collection containers at Hickory Grove or Compost Central.

Pick up your free bin on Wednesday, May 14 at Hickory Grove (8007 Pence Rd.) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

Bins are also available at the Solid Waste offices at 2145 Suttle Ave, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m until 5 p.m.
