Mecklenburg County Solid Waste and Recycling will accept up to 10 cubic yard sized loads of construction and demolition debris (lumber, bricks, shingles, cabinets etc.) and small loads of drywall and concrete at any of its full service drop off recycling centers. As a guide, a  full pick up truck is about 3 cubic yards.

Loads that are 10 cubic yards or larger must be taken directly to the Foxhole Landfill.

Please note:

The Foxhole Landfill will accept construction and demolition debris Monday – Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.

The Foxhole Recycling Center operates Monday –Saturday from 7 AM to 4 PM.
