Small Business Hazardous Waste Event

Do you have a small business, non-profit, church, or work for an organization that generates hazardous waste and needs to dispose of it? Let us help you! 

Mecklenburg County’s Solid Waste Management Program will hold a small business hazardous waste event which will allow you to bring your hazardous waste to us for a reduced fee. Hazardous waste includes fluorescent light bulbs, pesticides, rechargeable batteries, and more. Normally, at our sites, we can only help residents dispose of their hazardous waste. We offer these events periodically for organizations that qualify as very small-quantity generators. Save yourself an extra trip and money by signing up.
